“Bill” Moser, Owned Palmer Twp. Garage
Wilbur J. “Bill” Moser, 60, of 335 Old Orchard
drive, Palmer township, was dead on arrival yesterday at Easton
Hospital. He was stricken in his home.
Mr. Moser owned and operated Moser’s Garage, 935 S.
25 th St., Palmer Township, for the last 30 years. He also
conducted a trucking-leasing and wrecking business at the garage.
He formerly was employed by the Dixie Cup Division of the
American Can Co.
Born in Williams Township, Aug. 6, 1912 a son of the late
Frank and Sarah Germanton Moser, he lived in Wilson before
morning to Palmer Township 15 years ago.
He was of the Lutheran faith and a member of the Pennsylvania
Motor Truck Association and Palmer Township Fire Co.
Survivors include his widow, the former Hannah Young. Three
daughters, a brother,
Robert San Antonio, Texas; five sisters, Mrs. Homer Stout,
Miss Mary Moser and Mrs. Howard Bean, all of Wilson; Mrs. Salvatore
Buono, Palmer Township and Mrs. Charles Weiss, Riegelsville
and seven Grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Ashton Funeral
Home, Easton. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine. |
