Howard O. Moser
Howard O. Moser, 40 years old, tax collector of Williams Township
and a teacher in the Hopewell school of Williams Township for
22 years, died at 1 o’clock this morning at the home
of his sister, Mrs. Howard Maul, 331 Wilkes-Barre street. Mr.
Moser had been in ill health for several years, but had been
bedfast for only five days. He resigned as teacher at the Hopewell
school about two years ago because of his illness and since
then conducted a small farm in that township in addition to
serving as tax collector. In addition to the sister at whose
home he died, he is survived by his father, Solomon Moser,
of South Easton; a brother, Thomas Moser, of College Hill,
and two other sisters, Mrs. Roy Werner, of Philadelphia, and
miss Anna Moser, of south Easton. He a member of St. Peter’s
Reformed Church and the Easton heard of Buffaloes.
