Donald Moser Sr.
Donald Moser Sr., 84, formerly of Easton, died September 23,
in Phoebe Slate Belt Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born
April 22, 1920, in Easton, he was a son of the late Russell
and Grace (Loudenbury) Moser. His wife, the former Catherine
Kilpatrick, died in 1977.
He graduated in 1938 from Easton
High School and served with the Navy during World War
II. Donald retired from Pennsylvania Railroad, where he worked
for 39 years. He also helped to run the Northampton County
SPCA from 1956-1978 with his late wife.
Survivors: Sons,
Donald Jr. and his wife Susanne, in Virginia and Robert
and his wife, Nancy, of Williams Township; daughters, Jo
Ann Wilson and her husband, Bob, in Arizona, Sharon Lynn
Ng and her husband, Tuan, of Slatington, Dianne Eden and her
husband, Kevin, of Mount Bethel; son-in-law, Richard Watters;
grandchildren, great-grandchildren. A daughter, Donna Watters,
brothers, Harold and Russell Moser, and sisters, Josephine
Weisenberger and Grace Rapone, all died earlier.
Services:
11 a.m. Monday, Strunk Funeral Home Inc., 602 W. Berwick
St., Easton. Call 10-11 a.m. Monday in the funeral home.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Hays Cemetery.
