Donald M. Lippey Sr., 56, of 530 Old Mill Road, Forks Township,
died Monday in his home after an illness. He was the husband
of Jeannette (Litzenberger) Lippey. They observed their 35th
wedding anniversary last January.
He was a mechanic for Key Pontiac, Bethlehem, for the past
10 years. He previously worked at the former Helm's Arco service
station, Easton.
Born in Williams Township, he was a son of the late Albert
G. and Ada (Moyer) Lippey.
He was a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Easton.
He served in the Army during the Korean War.
Survivors: Wife; son, Donald M. Jr. of Bethlehem; daughter,
Sharon Strohl of Palmer Township; brother, Albert F., and sister,
Marilyn Lippey, both of Williams Township, and two grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a daughter Jeannette.
Services: 11 a.m. Thursday, Strunk Funeral Home, Berwick and
Reynolds streets, Easton. Call 7-8:30 p.m. today. |
