R. W. Lieberman, 86, owned farm for many years
Raymond W. Lieberman, 86, of 3775 Northwood Ave., Lower Nazareth Township, died Monday in St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill. He was in failing health for ht last 1 ½ years.
A farmer most of his life, he worked on his own farm in Lower Nazareth and palmer Townships, retiring five years ago.
His wife, the former Ethel Knitter, died in 1972.
Born in Wilson, on March 4, 1894, he was a son of the late Frank and Sarah Kramer Lieberman. He formerly lived in Wilson.
Mr. Lieberman was a member of St. Paul’s Third Lutheran Church, Palmer Township.
Surviving are four sons, *****, *****, ***** and *****., and two daughters,***** and *****, all of Palmer Township; a brother Elwood K. of Pen Argyl; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Ashton funeral Home, Easton. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine.
