Paul E. Laros Sr., 68, Railroad Employee
Raul E. Laros Sr., 68, S. Main Street, Stewartsville, died early this morning at his home.
Mr. Laros had been employed as an engine dispatcher for the Pennsylvania Railroad in the Phillipsburg yards. He retired 29 years ago. Since then he was a store attendant in the yards.
Born in Easton, he was a son of the late Irvin and Anna Smith Laros, He had lived in Stewartsville 17 years. Before that he had resided at 17 Reese Ct., Phillipsburg.
Surviving are his widow, the former Mabel Gorgas; a son, Paul E. Jr., Stewartsville; a sister, Mrs. Charles Keiper, Stroudsburg; two stepbrothers, William Foster, Harrisburg and Dr. Fern Foster, Bay City, Mich, and a granddaughter.
The funeral will be held at 3:30 p.m. Monday at the Hagerty Colonial Home, Phillipsburg. |
