Sarah Grube
Sarah, widow of the late Isaac Grube, died yesterday of dropsy, at the family residence in Lower Saucon, near Hellertown. She was a daughter of Abraham and the late Maria Kiefer, was born in Williams Township, August 15, 1855, and was aged 54 years, 9 months and 18 days. Her father residing at Nazareth; four sons, Charles, of Coffeetown; Walter Blairstown, N.J; Benjamin and William, at Home; four daughters, Mrs. John Williams, of Lansdale; Mrs. Jonas Hoffman, Miss Sarah and Miss Rosa, at home; four brothers, William and George of Bethlehem; Abraham and Jacob, and a sister, Mrs. George Grube, of Morgan’s Hill, and six grandchildren survive her. She was preceded in death by her husband who was killed on the Reading railway at Hellertown, in October, 1909. The funeral will be held Thursday morning at 9:30 o’clock and will proceed to Old Williams Township Church, where a service will be held. Interment will be made in t h cemetery adjoining.
