Albert Kichline, Retired Foreman At Ingersoll-Rand
Albert C. Kichline, 80, a retired foreman in the compressor department of the Ingersoll-Rand, Co., Phillipsburg, died yesterday at 4 p.m. at his home, 126 S. 15th St., Wilson. He had been in ill health for about two years.
Born in Easton on June 27, 1874, he was a son of the late Charles and Lydia Frankenfield Kichline, He was a lifelong resident of Easton and Wilson. He had been employed by the Phillipsburg firm for nearly 40 years. He worked for 17 years as an installation man for the company. He retired about 15 years ago.
Mr. Kichline and his wife, the former Mary A. Morrison, would have observed their 54th wedding anniversary on June 27.
Mr. Kichline was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, South Side, Columbia Lodge, IOOF, the Valley Union Encamment 133, of Odd Fellows and the PO of A; He was a life member of Easton Lodge 152, F&AM.
Mr. Kichline was the last of his family. His only survivor is his widow. A daughter, Lucille, died about 14 years ago
