Mrs. M. K. Laub, 84, Dies in Hospital
Mrs. Miranda Kemmerer Laub, 84 years old, widow of Joseph F.
Laub died in Easton Hospital Saturday afternoon of complications,
which followed a broken hip.
Mrs. Laub was born Feb. 23, 1852, in Forks township, the daughter
of the late William H. and Elizabeth Schug Kemmerer. Her husband
preceded her in death may 23, 1939, and since that time she
has resided with her son, Robert J. Laub, cashier of Easton
National Bank, in Haymont, R.D2.
She was well known iand had a large circle of friends in the
community. She was a member of First Evangelical Reformed Church.
In addition to her son, she is survived by a sister, Mrs.
Fred Vollmer, and a brother, Van C. Kemmerer. |
