Elton A. Kelchner
Elton A. Kelchner, 56, Nazareth R.D. 5, died today in St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill.
Born in Lower Nazareth Township, he was a son of Sterling E. and Carrie Bright Kelchner, Bethlehem R.D. 1.
He retired in 1975 as a carpenter at Taylor Wharton Co., Palmer Township.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of the St. John's United Church of Christ, Nazareth, and its men's choir.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife, the former Frances Diefenderfer; a son, ***** of Bethlehem, and three grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Bartholomew Fuenral Home, Nazareth. Interment will be in Farmersville Cemetery. |
