Clemens Hineline, Retired Machinist
Clemens B. Hineline, 82, of 3240 Freemansburg Ave., Palmer Township,
died last night in Easton Hospital where he was admitted yesterday
afternoon.
Mr. Hineline was a retired machinist. He served his apprenticeship
at the Bethlehem Steel Corp. He was employed by the Lehigh Valley Railroad
for many years and was last employed by the Treadwell Engineering Co.,
retiring 25 years ago.
Born in Easton, he was a son of the late Joel F. and Emma Moser Hineline.
His wife, the former Annie S. Traugher, died in 1933.
Mr. Hineline was a charter member of St. Andrew's Lutheran Church,
Palmer Township.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Jacob Pfeiffer, Riverside,
NJ; Mrs. Anthony Fretzo, Palmer Township, and Miss Catharine Hineline,
with whom he resided; a sister, Mrs. Floyd Nolf, Webster, Mass., and
a great-granddaughter.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Andrew’s
Church. Arrangements were made by the Shillinger Funeral Home, Easton.
