Clarence F. Hess, 96, of Easton Nursing Center, who formerly resided
with the Mark Neiser family at 1536 Lehigh St., Wilson, died Monday
in Easton Hospital.
He was a parts man for the former Dougherty Ford and the former Kendall
Ewan Ford, both at 18th and Butler streets, Wilson, before retiring
after 50 years' service. During World War I he worked for Ingersoll-Rand
Co., Phillipsburg.
Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Frank and Elizabeth Hess.
He was a member of the former St. Luke's Lutheran Church, now Christ
Lutheran, Easton.
There are no immediate survivors.
Services: 10 a.m. Friday, Strunk Funeral Home, 2101 Northampton St.,
