Randolph W. Hackman, 96. of Easton, died Nov. 3 in Gracedale, Upper Nazareth Township. He was married to Mary (Purdy) Hackman for 64 years last December.

A graduate of Moravian College, he worked for the former Met-Ed, Forks Township, for 33 years until retiring in 1971. He attended Lafayette College, Easton.

Born in Easton, he was a son of the late John G. and Lettie (Randolph) Hackman.

He was a member of First Moravian Church, Easton, where he volunteered for Meals on Wheels. He was a former church organist and choir director for First United Church of Christ and Christ Lutheran Church, both of Easton. He also was organist for the former Zion Lutheran Church, St. John's Lutheran Church and Temple Covenant of Peace, all of Easton.

He was pianist for the former Arcadians dance band, Al Trux Trio and for several service clubs including Kiwanis Club of Easton, Easton Rotary Club and the Wilson Lions Club.

Survivors: Wife; daughters, ***** of Forks Township, ***** of Easton; eight grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.

Services: 1 p.m. Wednesday, First Moravian Church. Call noon to 1 p.m. in the church. Arrangements, Strunk Funeral Home, Wilson.
