Richard D. "Rich" Grube, 52, of Stockertown, died Friday, Aug. 10, in his home. He was the husband of *****. They were married for 32 years last December.
He was employed by Ingersoll Rand Co., Cameron Pump Division, Phillipsburg, for 33 years before retiring earlier this year.
Born in Doylestown, he was a son of the late Robert and Dorothy (Moyer) Grube.
He was a Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War.
He was a life member of the Order of Fleas, Liberty Hose Company, Citizens Hose Company and Concordia Maennerchor, all of Easton, and a member of the 700 Bowling Club of America.
He and his wife were foster parents for more than 30 years, last for Pinebrook Services for Children and Youth, Allentown.
Survivors: Wife; sons, **** of East Lansing, Mich. ***** Urello of Las Vegas, Nev.; daughter, **** of East Stroudsburg; brothers, ***** of Westmont, N.J., ***** of Roseto, ***** of Palmer Township; sister, ***** of Plainfield Township; three grandchildren.
Services: 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Strunk Funeral Home, 2101 Northampton St., Wilson. Call 7-8:30 p.m. Monday. |
