Mrs. Dorothy A. Smith, 62, of 424 Miller St., Bangor, formerly
of Bangor R.2, died Tuesday in Easton Hospital. She was widow
of Clarence Smith.
She was a meat wrapper at Keppels Bangor and Nazareth IGA
for the past four years. Before that, she and her husband operated
a family farm in Lower Mount Bethel Township for many years.
Born in Lower Mount Bethel, she was a daughter of the late
Earl and Edna (Frye) Good.
She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Stone
Church.
Surviving are a son, of Mount Bethel; a daughterof Bangor;
two brothers, Alfred of Richmond and ****of Bangor; a
sister, ***** of Bangor; four grandchildren and a step-
grandchild.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, in the James J. Palmeri
Funeral Home, Route 611 and Alpha Avenue, Martins Creek. Calling
hours will be 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday. |
