James E. Elliott
James E. Elliott, 54, who resided at the Hotel Mount Vernon, Easton, was sound dead early this morning in his room.
Northampton County Deputy coroner Robley Adams attributed death to a coronary occlusion.
Born in Easton, May 14, 1910, he was a son of the late George and Hattie Elliott. He lived in Easton all his life.
Mr. Elliott was formerly employed by the Dixie Cup Division of the American Can Co.
He was a member and former secretary of the Young Democratic Club in Wilson.
At one time he was employed by Guttman, sign painter, and also was a guard for the Coley Detective Agency. For the last two years he was employed at Easton Hospital.
He was of the Lutheran faith and a member of the Jacksonian Democratic club, Easton and the Wilson Democratic club.
Survivors include a son, George T., Geneva, N.Y.
