Walter W. Cramer
Walter W. Cramer, 76, of Bangor, Pa, died on Tuesday, June
21, 2005 in Easton Hospital. Born: In Easton, he was a son
of the late Walter H. and Florence Moser Cramer.
Personal: He and his wife, the former Kikue Yamashiro were
married 40 years in January. He was a decorated war veteran,
serving as a Staff Sergeant E6 in the Marine Corp until his
retirement in 1973. He served during World War II, Korea, and
Vietnam. He was awarded a Purple Heart in 1961, the China and
Koreans Service medals and was honored with a Bronze Star.
Memberships: He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars
and was a life member of the American Legion.
Survivors: In addition to his wife, Kikue, he is survived
by two sons,a daughter, and five
grandchildren. A sister, Elizabeth Krahwinkle, died earlier.
Services: Will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in the James J. Palmeri
Funeral Home, Martins Creek, Pa. Friends may call on hour prior
to the services in the funeral home. |
