Mrs. William G. Davis
Mrs. Iona C, Davis, 89, a native of Easton, died today in teh Masonic Home, Elizabethtown, Pa., where she had been a guest since 1961.
She formerly lived at 208 W. Berwick St., Easton.
Her husbandm William G. Davis, died in 1954.
Born on may 13, 1886, she was a daughter of the late John H. and Arravesta young Cameron.
She was a sales clerk years ago at Bush and Bulls department store, Easton.
She was a member of Christ United methodist church, Easton, and the Order of Eastern Star, Connelsville, PA, where she had once lived in addition to Johnstown and Hazleton.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. M.J. Randall, Denver, Colo., and Two grand-daughters.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Strunk Funeral home, Easton. Interment will be in Hay's Cemetery. |
