Sadie S. Longenbach, 97, of Lower Nazareth Twp., passed away Friday, Mar ch 16, 2007, in Old Orchard Manor Care, Easton. She was the wife of the la te Asher W. Longenbach, who died in 1962. Born April 25, 1909, in Lower Na zareth Twp., she was a daughter of the late John and Addline (Bauer) Sayle r. She was a waitress at the former Dutch Oven, Newburg, and the former Wa lps Restaurant, Allentown, retiring in 1982. Mrs. Longenbach was one of t he oldest life members of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Hecktown.
Survivors: Son, Elwood W. of Lower Nazareth Twp.; five grandchildren, Jer ry Longenbach, Theresa Borger, Pamela Coxe- Cooper, Vyonne Gillen, Glenn R owbotham; eight great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren. She w as preceded in death by her daughter, Irene Rowbotham, in 2006, three brot hers and a sister.
