Eli Frankenfield
Eli Frankenfield, a well known and esteemed resident of the Fifteenth War d, died early yesterday morning at his home, 806 Club Avenue, followi ng a long illness of complications. He was in the 75th year.

He was born in North Whitehall township and was a son of the late Enoch a nd Helena, Nee Ruch, Frankenfield. He moved to Rittersville at the a ge of sixteen and had been a resident of the section since. By trade he w as a bricklayer and was employed by the Atlas Portland Cement Company f or a period of about forty years. He retired from active work seven yea rs ago.

Besides being an old member of St. Peter?s Lutheran Church, Hanover Avenu e, he was an active member of the following organization; Lecha Wonk Trib e, No.l 201, Order of the Red Men; Washington chamber, No. 18, .K. of G. a nd the Rittersville Fire Company. He was a member of the Allentown Firemen ?s Relief Association.

Mr. Frankenfield is survived by his wife, Mrs. Emma, Nee Osenbach, Franken field, one daughter, Florence Frankenfield, at home; a brother, Dalla s, of Allentown R. 1, and a sister, Mrs. Maggie Kemmerer of Egypt.

Funeral services will be held at his late home on Monday at 2 p.m. Interme nt will be made in the Rittersville cemetery.
