Death Of H. G. Frankenfield
Harry G. Frankenfied, died yesterday at the age of 69 years, at his home, 728 South Fifty-first street. Mr. Frankenfield had for many yeas been prominently known as a bandmaster and compser both lcoally and throughout the South. He entered the services of teh Union army with the Fourth New Jersey Volunteers in April 1861. and served in teh First Brigade, Foruth Division, Army of Northewestn Virgina, which was the first fully organized bridged to arrive for the defencse of the Nations Capiton. In October 1864 Mrs. Frankenfield wa detailed as bandmaster at the headquarters of General Sheridan. He is survived by a widow ans five children.
