John L. Wilhelm, 92, of 2359 Woodridge Terrace, Palmer Township,
and Pocono Pines, died Saturday, June 14, in ManorCare Health
Services, Palmer Township. He was the husband of the late Laura
May (Saylor) Wilhelm.
He was a printer for Mack Printing, Wilson, until retiring
in 1969. Before that he was a printer at Easton Printing Co.
and, in the 1920s, worked at Ingersoll-Rand Co., Phillipsburg,
and Taylor Wharton Co., Palmer Township.
Born in Easton, he was a son of the late Lewis and Celeste
(Hawk) Wilhelm.
He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Easton.
He was Navy veteran, serving on the USS Arizona.
Survivor: Daughter.
Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the church. Call 10-10:30
