Mrs. Ethel W. Jacoby, 83, of the Care Center of Phillipsburg,
formerly of Firth Street, Phillipsburg, died Saturday in Warren
Hospital. She was the wife of George P. Jacoby.
She was an elementary teacher at the Firth, Sitgreaves and
Freeman schools, Phillipsburg, for 43 years before retiring.
Born in Phillipsburg, she was a daughter of the late Jacob
C. and Minnie (Klotz) Wilhelm.
She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, Phillipsburg.
Survivors: Husband, and brothers, Nelson of Lopatcong Township
and John of Orlando, Fla.
Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday, Rupell Funeral Home, 465 Memorial
Parkway, Phillipsburg. Call 7-9 p.m. tomorrow. |
