Mrs. John McPeek
Mrs. Mary Cole McPeek, 67, of 716 Bushkill St., died last night in Easton Hospital. She was hospitalized Saturday.
Mrs. McPeek was the widow of John McPeek. Born in Easton, she was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Wetzel.
Mrs. McPeek was last employed in the nurses dining room and kitchen at Easton Hospital. She last worked in 1959.
She was a member and past president of the Auxiliary of Lt. Elbert Curtis Baker Post VFW, Easton.; Gold Star Mothers and Mothers of World War ll.
Survivors include two sons, Elmer McPeek, Phillipsurg, and Homer McPeek, Wilson. A daughter, Mrs. Doris Strohl, Buttsville, N. J.; three sisters and two brothers, and eight grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 11 a. m. Thursday at the Shillinger Funeral Home, Easton. |
