Arlene Mae Rice
Arlene Mae Rice, 81, of Hanover Township, died Wednesday, July 8, 2009, at her residence.
Born: In Easton, on September 6, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Homer and Elsie Fogel Wetzel.
Personal: Arlene was the wife of ***** with whom she celebrated 62 years of marriage last November 22nd. She was a homemaker. Previously, she worked as a clerk for the Maple Grove Dairy Store for many years and also for Binney & Smith as a crayon packer.
Memberships: She was a member of Dryland United Church of Christ of Newburg, where she was active in the choir and taught Sunday school. She was also a member of the Hecktown Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.
Survivors: In addition to her loving husband ****; daughter, ****and her husband ****of Lower Nazareth Township; brother, ***** of East Stroudsburg; sister, *****of Nazareth; two grandchildren, and great-grandson.
Arlene was predeceased by a daughter Susan Young in 1999.
Services: Services will be private, at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the George G. Bensing Funeral Home, Inc., 2165 Community Drive, Route 946, Village of Moorestown, Bath, PA 18014. |
