Mrs. Edwin Meixsell
Matilda Fieda, wife of Edwin Meixsell, of 733, Washington street, this
city, died at two o'clock this morning at her home, fallowing a stroke
of paralysis suffered at one o'clock Monday afternoon. The deceased
was age fifty-seven years, one month and six days and was a native
of Bushkill Park. She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Zebulon
Walter and is survived by her husband, a daughter Maggie, and three
sons, Dr. Charles of Northampton, Harvey, of this city and William
of Detroit Mich. One sister, Mrs. Milton Snyder, of Schoeneck, and
two brothers, William Walter, of Pen Argyl, and Jacob Walter of Palmer
Township, also survive. She was a member of the Lutheran church at
Hecktown. The funeral will be held on Friday at one o'clock at the
house with interment at Hope's cemetery at Hecktown. Rev. E.E. Snyder,
of this city, officiating. |
