Fall hastened her Death
Mrs. Wagner, 88, Was Daughter of Woman Who lived to Be 104
Mrs. Catherine Wagner, widow of Samuel Wagner, died at 7:30 o’clock last evening of a complication of ailments at her residence, 102 South Twelfth street. She had been ailing for about seven weeks and about two weeks ago ell and fractured her hop. The shock of the fall hastened death, Mrs. Wagner was 88 years old.
The deceased was a native of Palmer Township and lived in Easton for about ten years. She as a daughter of the long deceased Mr. and Mrs. William Walter. Her mother lived to be 104 years old. She is survived by two children, Mrs. Peter Rinker, of Easton, and Albert Wagner, of Nazareth; two sisters, Mrs. Frank Peters, of Bethlehem and Mrs. Samuel Schnablel, of Bethlehem township. Mrs. Wagner was a member of Arndt’s Lutheran Church. |
