Harry F. Unangst, 82, formerly of 401 N. 7th St., Easton,
died Monday in Gracedale, Upper Nazareth Township. He was
the husband of the late Violet (Paulson) Unangst.
He was a superintendent of the historic Easton Cemetery
from 1959 until retiring in 1986. Previously, he was a dispatcher
for the Yellow Cab Co., Easton, for many years.
Born in Easton, he was a son of the late Raymond and Jennie
(Arthur) Unangst.
He was a member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church, Easton.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II, serving in the European
Theater.
Survivors: Son, daughter, 14 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a son, Harry J., and a daughter, Dorothy
Nero.
Memorial service: 10 a.m. Friday, Ashton Funeral Home, 14th
and Northampton streets, Easton.
