Jean R. Parenti, 64, of 103 Center St., Stockertown, died Saturday in St. Luke's Hospital. She was the wife of the late George J. Parenti.
For the past 22 years, she was head cook at Stockertown Memorial Hall, where she worked as a cook for 40 years.
Born in Stockertown, she was a daughter of the late Charles E. and Alice (Young) Uhler.
She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Nazareth, where she was a former president of the auxiliary.
Survivors: Daughters, ***** and *****, both at home, and *****, wife of ***** of Lower Nazareth Township; brothers, Charles of Stockertown and Harold of Mount Holly Spring, Cumberland County, and two grandchildren.
Services: 9:15 a.m. Wednesday, Reichel Funeral Home, 220 Washington Park, Nazareth; Mass at 10 a.m. in the church. Call 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. |
