Ernest F. Tausch Jr., 51, pressman for the The Express
Ernest F. Tausch Jr., 51, of 1625 11th St., Prospect Heights,
Bethlehem, was stricken this morning in his home. He was dead
on arrival in St. Luke's Hospital.
A pressman for The Express the past 10 years, he previously
worked for the Laros printing Co. in Easton.
Born in Easton, he was a son of the late Ernest Sr. and Viola
Tausch.
He was a member of East Hills Moravian Church, Bethlehem.
He was treasurer of Steel City Gun Club and secretary of the
Minsi Rifle Club, He was a member of the Bethlehem Township
Athletic Association and was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his wife, the former Patricia Smith; three children,
Jan Ellen, James Ernest and Craig Frederick, all at home and
one sister, Mrs. Robert Howell, Washington, NJ.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Strunk Funeral
Home, Easton. Other arrangements are pending. |
