Strazewski, Joan P.
Joan P. Strazewski, 74, formerly of West Easton, passed away
Tuesday, July 11, 2006, in Davenport Lutheran Home, Davenport,
Iowa.
Born: On December 22, 1931, in West Easton, she was a daughter
of the late Augustus and Anna Mae Moser Sullivan.
Personal: Her husband, John Strazewski, died September 18,
1994. Joan retired from the former Fredwill Co., Easton, where
she was employed for 25 years. She enjoyed painting, puzzles
and spending time with her nieces, nephews, and family. She
was also a fan of the Phillies, Eagles, and 76'ers. Memberships:
Joan was a former member of Memorial United Church of Christ,
Wilson Borough, West Easton Athletic Association, Safety First
Volunteer Fire Co., and Polish American Club, all of West Easton.
Survivors:She is survived by a son, John W. and his wife Susan
of Eldridge, Iowa; a sister, Maureen Pfeiffer of Kirksville,
Mo., and four grandsons, Joshua G., Matthew J., Bradley R.,
and Darin A., all of Eldridge, Iowa. A brother, Barry Sullivan,
died earlier.
Services: A graveside service will be held Thursday at 10
a.m. in South Easton Cemetery, Iron and Lincoln Sts., Easton.
The Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 2101 Northampton St., Wilson
