Mrs. Emma Beers, Retired Teacher, 81
Mrs. Emma Spangeberg Beers, 81, retired school teacher and widow of Henry J. Beers, died Saturday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. DeWitt Wolverton, Montana, N.J. She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Spangenberg, of Hazen.
She was a member of Montana Methodist Church and superintendent of the Sunday school of that church for many years. She was a member of Broadway Grange for 40 years.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Stone funeral home, Stewartsville, with the Rev. Raymond Roussett, pastor of Broadway Methodist Church, officiating, Interment will be in Hazen Cemetery. |
