Mrs. Edwin Schmauder
Mrs. Myrtle M. Schmauder, 72, Sun Valley , Effort, pa., formerly
of Schanck Avenue, Pen Argyl, died today in Palmerton Hospital
after a long illness.
Her husband, Edwin E. Schmauder, died in December 1947.
Born in Ross Township, Pa., on March 30, 1906, she was a daughter
of the late Stephen and Alice Prior Smith.
She was a member of Mount Eaton Church, Saylorsburg.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Florence Fordner, Wind Gap; a
granddaughter and and a great-grandson.
A son, Bernard, died before her.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Altemose
funeral Home, Inc., Wind Gap. Interment will be in Plainfield
Cemetery, Plainfield Township. |
