Edward J. Sampson
Edward J. Sampson, of Line Street, died at 11:45 a.m. Sunday from acute indigestion, aged 56 years. He was taken ill at 12 o’clock Saturday night. Besides his wife he is survived by two children, George Sampson, of Twenty-first street, Easton, and Mrs. Eliza Green, of South Eighth Street, Easton, and the following brothers and sisters: William Sampson, of Cedarville, Mrs. William B. Ward, of Chicago; Mrs. George M. Weller, of Seitz Avenue, Easton, and Mrs. James Sandt, of Cedarville. Deceased was a native of Williams Township and was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Sampson. He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
