Mrs. Earl Cope
Mrs. Verda Raub Cope, 66, of 231 Crest Ave., Bethlehem, a native of Durham, died yesterday at the home of her niece, Mrs. Carl Sloyer, 1050 Hellertown Road, Bethlehem.
Mrs. Cope was born in Durham, a daughter of the late Cyrus and Lovella Wildonger Raub. Her husband was the late Earl Cope.
She was a retired employee of th housekeeping department of the Muhlenberg Medical Center.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Lavera Meschke, Mansfield, Ohio, and two brothers, Wilmer and Maynard, both of Bethlehem.
The funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Wallace m. Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St., Bethlehem. |
