Mrs. Harold E. Smith
Mrs. Dorothy C. Smith, 50, of 547 Broad St., Tatamy, died yesterday in Allentown Hospital. She was hospitalized Wednesday after suffering stroke at her home.
Mrs. Smith was the wife of Harold E. Smith. She formerly was employed by Kraemer Hosiery Co., Nazareth.
Born Nov. 19, 1913, in East Allen Township, she was a daughter of Mrs. Sadie M. Stout Person, at home, and the late Herbert S. Person. She resided in Tatamy 3 ½ years. She formerly lived at Nazareth R.D1.
She was a member of Jehovah Evangelical Lutheran Church, Bushkill Center.
Survivors include two sons, *****., Nazareth R.D2, and ****, at home; a sister, Irene, wife of Charles Abel, East Lawn, Nazareth; two brothers, Harvey M. and Abner E.S. Person, both of Nazareth and three grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Schmidt Mortuary, Nazareth. |
