Mrs. Arthur J. Gardner
Mrs. Mary P. Gardner, 80, of 143 W. Washington Ave., Washington, N.J., died this morning at the home of her daugher. Mrs. Mildred Oswald, Main Street, Stewartsville, after a short illness.

Mrs. Gardner was the widow of Arthur J. Gardner, who died several years ago. Born in the Washington area, she was a daughter of the late Gershon and Josephine Vandergrift Parr.

She was a member of the Washington Christian and Missionary Alliance Church.

Surviving in addition to her daughter are three other daughters, Mrs. Mae Everly, Washington R.D. and Mrs. Emma Voight and Mrs. Grace Kramer, both of Easton; two sons, George, in Texas, and John, Oxford; nice brothers, Gruver C. Parr, Oxford, Arthur Parr, Phillipsburg R.D.; Amos Parr, in Iowa; George Parr, Phillipsburg; M. C. Parr, Washington; Cloyd Parr, Washington R.D.; Leon and Harry Parr, Both of Easton, and William Parr, Newton: 16 grandchldren and 26 great-grandchildren.

The fuenral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the DeVoe Funeral Home Washington.
