Mrs. Evelyn C. Siegel, 59, of 6206 Sullivan Trail, Plainfield Township, died Thursday in Warren Hospital. She was the wife of Charles W. Siegel. They were married 39 years.

She was a sewing machine operator for 33 years, retiring in 1984 from the former Roseto Sportswear Co., Belfast, due to illness. She also served as shop secretary for the sportswear company for 14 years.

Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of Margaret (Steckel) Licht of Nazareth R.D. 1 and the late Robert H. Licht.

She was a member of St. Lukes United Church of Christ, Belfast.

Survivors: Mother and husband.

Services: 2 p.m. Tuesday, Schmidt Mortuary, 407 Belvidere St., Nazareth. Call 7-8:30 p.m. Monday.
