Daniel M. Lehr, 79, of 732 Appleblossom Road, Forks Township,
formerly of 90 Jeffrey St., Williams Township, died Sunday
in his home. He was the husband of Dorothy (Coopersmith) Lehr,
who died last year.
Lehr was a mechanic for Magnetic Winding Co., Easton, for
32 years, retiring in 1972. He was also a mechanic for Werkheiser
Garage, Easton.
Born in Raubsville, he was a son of the late Milton S. and
Sarah Alice (Kreitz) Lehr.
He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Easton.
Surviving are a daughter Ethel, wife of Stewart Graeff, with
whom he resided; a stepson, Clarence Fisher of Easton; a stepdaughter
Thelma, wife of William Haldaman of Bethlehem; three grandchildren,
nine great-grandchildren and a great-great grandchild.
Services will be at the convenience of the family. There will
be no calling hours. The Ashton Funeral Home, 14th and Northampton
streets, Easton, is in charge of arrangements. |
