Mrs. Wolfinger, 54, Registered Nurse
Mrs. Katharine M. Wolfinger, 54, of Tatamy Road, Easton R. D. 2, died unexpectedly last night at her home. She was the wife of Norman S. Wolfinger.
Born Oct 16, 1912, in Easton, she was a daughter of the late Robet E. and Lizzie Rath Kieffer.
Mrs. Wolfinger was a registered nurse and was employed by Dr. John J. Hoch of Nazareth for the last nine years. She formerly nursed at Easton and Betts Hospitals.
She was a member of Calvary Memorial Methodist Church, Easton. She was a graduate of Easton High School, class of 1930, and Methodist Hospital, Philadelphia, School of Nursing, class of 1933.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. ****, Easton, and twin daughters, Mrs. ****, Wilson, and Mrs. *****, Columbia R. D. 1, N.J.; three brothers, the Rev. Robert E. Keiffer, Philadelphia, and William and Raymond Kieffer, both of Baraboo, Wis.; four sisters, Mrs. Margaret Heil, Phillipsburg; Mrs. Helen Roberts, Wilson, Mrs. Florence Rickenbach, Easton, and Miss Frances Kieffer, Baltimore, Md., and seven grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Ashton Funeral Home, Easton. |
