George W. Kiefer, 93, Wilson Native
George W. Kiefer, 93, a native of Wilson, died last night at Gracedale, Nazareth R.D.1 He formerly resided in Bethlehem.
Mr. Kiefer was a son of the late Abraham and Anna Maria Bender Kiefer. His wife was the late Louisa Everhardt Kiefer.
He was formerly employed by the Bethlehem Steel Co.
Survivors include eight sons, Charles J., Albert, Lewis, Francis and Arthur, All of Bethlehem; Joseph Allentown; Robert, Mooresville, Berks County, and Wilbur, Fountain Hill; three daughters, Mrs. Walter Hahn, Mrs. Joseph Schreiber and Mrs. William Reed, all of Bethlehem; 54 grandchildren, 84 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Daniel B. Snyder Funeral Home, Bethlehem. |
