Mrs. Eleanora Hummel
Mrs. Eleanora Hummel, aged 75, daughter of the late Andrew Kiefer, of Lower Saucon township, died at 6:45 this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Roehrick, Williams Township, about a mile below Raubsville, from paralysis. Mrs. Hummel had been bedfast for about four weeks. Mrs. Hummel lived in Easton for 35 years until three years ago, when she went to reside with her daughter. She is survived by a brother, Benjamin Kiefer, Allentown; a sister, Mrs. William Grube, of Easton and these children, Mrs. William Roehrick, with whom she lived; Mrs. Harry Weidner, Hecktown; Harry Hillegas, of the Nazareth Pike, Easton, R.F.D. No 4. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran church of Riegelsville.
