Mrs. Leroy Johns
Mrs. Mary M Johns, 74, of Buffalo, NY died unexpectedly last night
shortly before 9 o'clock at the home of her brother, Edward Kester,
of Old Philadelphia Road, Easton R.D. 4 where she had been visiting
since the latter part of last month.
Mrs. Johns, widow of Leroy Johns was stricken while trimming the hedges
at Mr. Kester's home. Dr. D. F. Bachman, Northampton County coroner,
said death was caused by a heart attack.
Born in South Easton, Mrs. Johns was a daughter of the late William
and Amelia Kester. She lived in Buffalo about 40 years, but had made
periodic visits to Easton.
In Addition to her brother, she is survived by one granddaughter,
and another brother, Robert Kester of Easton. Funeral and burial services
will be held in Buffalo |
