Bertha E. Shimer
Bertha E., wife of A. Hamilton Shimer, died on Tuesday afternoon at 4:45 o'clock at the late residence at Redington, aged 36 years. Deceased was a daughter of Joel and Emma Moser Hineline and was born in Williams Township, on July 15, 1873. The parents, husband, and the following children survive. Esther, Ruth, Miriam, Evelyn and Franklin. Four sisters, Mrs. Harry Smock, of South Bethlehem; Mrs. Granville Richard and Mrs. Wilson Heavener, Williams Township; Mrs. Floyd Nolf, of Easton, South Side, and four brothers, Thomas, Clement, Joel, of Williams Township, and Clyde, of Phillipsburg, also survive her. The funeral will take place on Saturday morning at 10 o'clock. Services will be held in Lower Saucon Church and burial will be made in Lower Saucon Cemetery.
