Clark E. Harding
Clark E. Harding, 81, of 202 N. Robinson Ave., Pen Argyl, died yesterday at this home.

Born in Pen Argyl, he was a son of the late Rubin and Minnie Gold Harding.

Before retiring in 1958, he was a road foreman of engines for the Lehigh and New England Railroad.

He was a member of Grace United church of Christ, pen Argyl, and a life-time honorary member of the administrative board of Zion United church of Christ, Pen Argyl.

He was also a member of the Pen Argyl Lodge, F&AM; Foresters Lodge, and a 55-year member of the United Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen.

Survivors include his widow, the former Elsie Strouse, and a sister, Mrs. Beulah Shotwell, of New Canaan Conn.

His first wife, Florence Hill Harding and a son, Richard preceded him in death.

Services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at the James Gaffney funeral Home in Pen Argyl. Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Pen Argyl.
