Herbert Grube
Herbert Grube, 61 years old of 25 North Fourteenth street, Allentown died yesterday in the City Hospital, Newark, N.J.
Mr. Grube was born in Williams Township, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George W. Grube. He had been employed for 33 years as an engineer on the Lehigh Valley Railroad and was a member of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers. He was also a member of Phillipsburg Lodge, No. 395, Order of Elks, and Easton Aerie, No. 111 Fraternal Order of Eagles.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Daisy L. Hartley Grube, formerly of Easton, and by the following brothers and sisters; Mrs. Gertrude Transue, Easton; Jacob Grube, Easton; Wallace and Dewey, of Morgan's Hill, Williams Township; Arthur, of Utica, N.Y.; Mrs. Elizabeth Washeim and Harvey Grube, of Freemansburg; Joseph, of Bethlehem and Mrs. Emma Lozar, of Akron, Ohio.
The body will be brought to this city for funeral services and interment |
