Donald Y. Geisler, 86, of 498 Washington St., Easton, formerly
of Wilson, died Wednesday in Easton Hospital. He was the husband
of Bertha E. (Meyers) Geisler. They were married 62 years in
May.
He was employed by the maintenance department of the Northampton
Country Club, Bethlehem Township, for more than 20 years before
retiring in 1970. Before that, he was a supervisor at the former
Dixie Cup Co., Wilson, from 1924 to 1940.
Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Elmer and Avada
(Young) Geisler.
He was an Army veteran of World War II, serving in the European
Theater and the Battle of the Bulge.
Survivor: Wife.
Services: 10 a.m. Saturday, Ashton Funeral Home, 14th and
Northampton streets, Easton. Call 9-10 a.m. Saturday.
