Mrs. Harry Kitchen
Mrs. Elizabeth R. Kitchen, 69, of the Harlan House, 221 S.
4th St., died Saturday in Easton Hosptial where she was a patient
10 weeks.
Born in Reigelsville, N.J., on March 20, 1904, she was a daughter
of the late Robert and Kathryn Ehley Frankenfield. She lived
in Easton most of her life and at the Harlan House the last
six years.
Mrs. Kitchen had been employed as a seamstress at the old
Standard Silk Mill, Phillipsburg.
Her husband, Harry P. Kitchen, died 14 years ago.
She was a member of First United Church of Christ, Easton.
Survivors include a brother, Elvin Frankenfield, Palmer Township,
and three sisters, Mrs. William K. Harlan Sr., Wilson, Miss
Beatrice Frankenfield, Phillispburg, and Mrs. Arthur Koons,
Easton.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Ashton
Funeral Home, Easton. Interment will be in Easton Heights Cemetery. |
