Alfred Ebner, 68, retired Accountant At Ingersoll-Rand
Alfred A. Ebner, 68, of 4 N. 13th Street, Easton, died this morning in Allentown General Hospital.

Mr. Ebner was employed as an accountant at the Ingersoll-Rand Co. He retired 10 years ago after 37 years with the company.

Born April 25, 1898, in Easton, he was a son of the late Frederick and Flora Diehl Ebner.

He was of the Presbyterian faith.

Survivors include his widow, the former Maybelle E. Hendershot, a daughter, Mrs. Flora M. Betts, at home; a nephew who he raised. Lawrence Hendershot, Bladensburg, Md.; a brother, James, Easton; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Kiefer, Albany, NY and Mrs. Estella Everhart, Easton and two grandchildren.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Ashton Funeral Home, Easton.
