Mrs. William Sandt
Mrs. Minnie (nee Campbell) Sandt, wife of William Sandt, of 131 East Hamilton street, died Monday at her home at 4:30 o’clock after an illness of four years from dropsy. She had been bedfast for the past fourteen weeks, and was aged 50 years 1 month and 10 days.
She was born in Bethlehem township the daughter of Emma (nee Herman) and the Samuel Campbell. She was a resident of Allentown for the past eighteen years, and was a faithful member of St. Joseph’s Lutheran church.
She leaves her mother, her husband and the following children; Robert, Harry, Albert, Lottie and Mrs. Stella Thomas, all of this city, and the following brothers and sisters; Mrs. Ellen Thomas, of Bethlehem; Thomas Campbell, Mrs. Susannah Anthony, Leo Campbell, Mrs. Susanna Anthony, Leo Campbell, and Mrs. Rose Smith, of Bethlehem township, and William Campbell of Neff’s.
Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock at her late home, with continued services in St. Joseph’s Lutheran church at 2. Interment will be made at the convenience of the family in Freemansburg cemetery.
